The Reality of Uyajola 9/9: Is the Show Fake?

Uyajola 9/9 is a South African reality television show that follows the host, Jub Jub, as he investigates lnfidelity in relationships. The show has been met with both praise and criticism since its debut in 2019.

The show has been accused of being fake by some viewers, who claim that the scenes are staged and the participants are actors. However, the show’s producers have denied these claims, stating that all of the participants are real people and that the show is not scripted.

The show’s authenticity has been further supported by the fact that the participants are not paid for their appearances. Furthermore, the show’s producers have stated that they do not interfere with the outcome of the investigations, and that the results are determined by the participants themselves.

Was Jub Jub fired from Uyajola 9/9?

Several entertainment publications reported that Moja Love fired him earlier this year. Some said it stemmed from a personal dispute with his business partner. In contrast, others speculated that the channel decided not to renew his contract because he was at the centre of multiple media scandals.

“Jub Jub is an independent contractor and therefore cannot be dismissed as he is not a permanent employee of the channel. Moja Love is also not at liberty to discuss the contents of his contract as it is confidential and of a privileged nature,” said Moja TV Channel’s Bokani Moyo, when contacted for comment at the time.

After appearing on the YouTube show, Podcast and Chill with MacG, the channel also suspended the entertainer because he claimed that his ex-girlfriend and mother of his child, Kelly Khumalo, used “muthi” (traditional medicine).
