3 Ingredients
* 175g (5 cups) Rice Bubbles
* 75g butter, chopped
* 6 x 47g Mars Bars, chopped
4 Method / Steps
Step 1
Lightly grease a 16cm x 26cm (base) slice pan and line with baking paper, extending paper over the 2 long sides. Place the Rice Bubbles in a large bowl.
Step 2
Place the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Melt slightly so the base is coated in butter. Add the Mars Bars. Cook, stirring occasionally, until almost completely melted, then whisk until smooth.
Step 3
Pour over the Rice Bubbles. Stir well to combine (see notes). Press mixture into prepared pan. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm and chilled.
Step 4
Remove the slice from the fridge and set aside for 10 minutes. Use a large knife to cut into 24 squares to serve.
