We will never stop finding new ways to reinvent garlic bread and here’s our latest version. Using just three ingredients, we’ve created our crispiest and the most moreish garlic bread roll-ups yet. Simply flatten slightly defrosted croissants, top with garlic butter and cheese, roll up and pop in an air fryer for 10 minutes. That stringy cheese and the hint of garlic make this an irresistible starter or snack.
* 360g pkt Frozen Bake At Home Butter Croissants, slightly thawed
* 80g garlic butter spread, softened
* 120g (1 1/2 cups) Coles Pizza Blend Shredded Cheese
2 Method / Steps
Using a floured rolling pin, roll croissants out until 8mm thick. Spread with two-thirds of the garlic butter and top with two-thirds of the cheese. Roll up croissants. Spread the outside of the rolls with the remaining garlic butter and top with the remaining cheese.
Line the air fryer basket with a piece of baking paper (see note). Place rolls in the air fryer and cook at 180C for 8-10 minutes or until golden. Transfer to a serving plate and drizzle with any melted garlic butter from the baking paper. Serve.
