Malted energy drink recipe

Boost your power levels with this nutritious and energising drink made with yoghurt, blueberries and wheat germ.

8 Ingredients

300g packet of frozen blueberries

2 cups chilled low-fat milk

200g tub natural low-fat yoghurt, plus extra to serve

4 scoops of no-fat chocolate ice cream

1 banana, chopped

1/4 cup chocolate malt powder

2 tbsp golden syrup

1 tbsp wheatgerm

2 Method / Steps

Step 1

Combine blueberries, milk, yoghurt, ice cream, banana, malt syrup and wheat germ in a food processor.

Step 2

Process until smooth. Pour between 4 tall glasses to serve. Top with a swirl of yoghurt.
